1.To format a floppy disk type �FORMAT A:�

2.You will then be prompted for a floppy put a disk in the drive and hit enter.

3.Once it goes through the format, you will be prompted for a volume label (up to 11 characters). Hit enter for none or after putting your volume label in.

4.After you have finished with the volume label, you will have the opportunity to format another disk, hit Y or N depending if you want to format a floppy disk or not.
